These sensors are used principally for the detection of metal object like tubes or profiles on roller conveyors.

The mounting of the sensor is carried out within the roller conveyor crossways to the directon of the conveyor.Proxitron Inductive Surface Sensors with different lengths and widths can integrate in different roller conveyor widths and allow a safe detection of material – independent of its position.Inductive surface sensors are deliverable with different electrical outputs and connection variations.
